2007 Trunk or Treat

Every year Payson Parks & Rec department buys candy for local businesses and individuals to hand out to promote "A Safe Halloween" for all our little ones. Deb Rose from Parks & Rec did a great job organizining the event & KCMA helped hand out lots of goodies!
